NEW Witness! Was Trayvon Martin A Hoodlum?

By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

A recent news story shows that the police report claimed that Trayvon Martin attacked Zimmerman. If this is true, then it would definitely help Zimmerman.

Witness: Martin attacked Zimmerman

Here's a part of the story.

The witness reported: "The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me: 'help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911," he said. Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red. The witness only wanted to be identified as "John," and didn't not want to be shown on camera. His statements to police were instrumental, because police backed up Zimmerman's claims, saying those screams on the 911 call are those of Zimmerman.

But it seems odd to me. How did this small 17 year old get on top of a 28 year Zimmerman. It's clear by the photos that Zimmerman is a lot bigger. Now, let's be fair. Trayvon was 6'2". He was tall. he wasn't small. But he was only 140 pounds. Zimmerman was a lot bigger. And Zimmerman had the gun, so how would such a small kid get the upper hand? And why is this witness refusing to go on camera when other witness refuting the police report are all over the news? Police claim the witness wanted to be anonymous and only referred to as "John." Why didn't the police release these details earlier?

It makes no sense. Zimmerman was following this kid in a car. No crime was committed. He called 911, admitted to be following the kid. He was told not to follow the kid. Zimmerman did it anyway. At some point, Zimmerman exits his car. The Police claim the kid attacked Zimmerman as he was headed back to the car.

The problem with the story is that Zimmerman followed this kid and there wasn't a crime to justify it. Zimmerman was still the aggressor. And I have some serious doubts about Zimmerman's story. He had no business stalking the Trayvon. Maybe Trayvon had a fight or flight moment? maybe he was scared of the strange guy following him.

Regardless of what you think about this case. If you are carrying a gun, don't escalated the situation. If you see "suspicious behavior", call the police. Don't call 911 simply because someone fits a profile. Call the police when there is a crime or a real threat. And please don't follow someone, that's a great way to scare someone.

What do you think about the case now? Share your thoughts on the witness.

If the witness is correct, I retract my recommendation that Zimmerman should be charged with second degree murder. But that's a big IF. We still have Trayvon's girlfriend who was on the phone with him doing the altercation and it appears that Zimmerman stalked Trayvon. Another issue, is that the pro-Zimmerman witness is invisible. if he or she speaks in public, the account will be more credible. At this point, I don't even know if this person really exist.

Trayvon's girlfriend recently spoke about the phone call she had with Trayvon during his last moments. She actually captured an audio recording of the whole incident. She claimed Trayvon said "I think this dude is following me," moments before he was killed.

Here's her account of what happened.

The girl he was talking to says she could hear him when the teen asked a stranger: "Why are you following me?"

First she heard, "What are you doing here?" and then a push and an altercation just before the line went dead, the attorney for the dead teen's family said. "I called him again and he didn't answer the phone," the girl said.

But she maybe wrong or lying. She wanted his identity to be protected as well. And I can't say I blame any of the witnesses. What do you think?

Illinois Election Fraud! War On Drugs! Has Gas Prices Peaked?!

By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

ELECTION FRAUD

Blogger SGTBull is reporting that a local Illinois news station accidentally posted early election results a full day before the Illinois GOP Primary. It projected Santorum to be the winner over Mitt Romney, which I seriously doubt. But why were there results for the other races? I recommend you click on the lick below and the screenshots for yourself.

Was this just a test or is this outright fraud?

At this point, nothing will surprise me. Maine actually stopped their Caucus by refusing to count votes from two counties in an effort to prevent Ron Paul from winning.

GAS PRICES

The average price of a gallon of regular has hit $3.87. There's news that Saudi Arabia may step in and produce more oil if Iran stops it's supply. There's also talk of a new refinery coming back online and providing more supply of oil. But what does this really mean? A promise to provide oil doesn't mean anything to me. The reopening of a refinery is good news, but as we enter summer, oil demand will skyrocket, so is this refinery empty to offset the increase in demand?

Has Gas Peaked?"

WAR ON DRUGS

Mexican Presidential candidate, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, has vowed to end the war of drugs if he is elected. Predicatively, U.S. Vice President Joe Biden has recently opposed this idea. What's so amazing about this Obama administration is that black people continue to support a half black President who is continuing the same destructive policies of his white predecessors. The War on Drugs has been a complete failure. The war in Iran has a complete failure. Afghanistan has been even worse. But these Republicans and Democrats continue to support these failed policies. The irony is that blacks have been hurt most by the War of Drugs.

Nevertheless, Lopez Obrador is trailing in the polls. But if he threatens to win, I expect this guy to either be shot or get one of those world famous Florida 2000 Presidential screw jobs. There's no way this guy is going to be allowed to win. Both the Mexican criminals and U.S. government would have too much to lose if the War on Drugs came to an end.

Whistle Blowers: First Goldman Sachs, Now JP Morgan Chase

By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

Greg Smith must have been fired or something. because this ex-Goldman Sachs executive was pissed at the firm. He wrote an article for the New york Times acussing Goldman Sachs of ripping off their clients.

"Today, many of these leaders display a Goldman Sachs culture quotient of exactly zero percent. I attend derivatives sales meetings where not one single minute is spent asking questions about how we can help clients. It’s purely about how we can make the most possible money off of them...It makes me ill how callously people talk about ripping their clients off. Over the last 12 months I have seen five different managing directors refer to their own clients as “muppets,” sometimes over internal e-mail. Even after the S.E.C., Fabulous Fab, Abacus, God’s work, Carl Levin, Vampire Squids? No humility? I mean, come on. Integrity? It is eroding. I don’t know of any illegal behavior, but will people push the envelope and pitch lucrative and complicated products to clients even if they are not the simplest investments or the ones most directly aligned with the client’s goals? Absolutely. Every day, in fact."

Well, Goldman has been at this for sometime. Remember when Goldman was busted for creating junk derivatives, selling them to clients and then betting against the crap that they sold to their own clients? I most certainly do.

Greg Smith Rips Goldman Sachs

Well, after Smith spilled the beans on Goldman Sachs, a current JP morgan employee sounded the alarm about his company.

"I am now under the opinion that we are actually putting hard working Americans unaware of what lays ahead at extreme market risk. This risk is unnecessary and will lead to wide-scale market collapse if not handled properly."

Here's he most damning part.

"Yes, we at JPMorgan that are in the know are fearful of a cascading credit event being triggered in Greece as they have hidden derivatives in excess of $1 Trillion USD. We at JPMorgan own enough of these through counterparty risk and outright prop trading that our entire IB EDG space could be annihilated within a few short days."

So what happens when Greece defaults and Spain and Italy are exposed? Wait, don't Greece have a bond payment on March 20th?

Panetta Scared of Marines! Rick Santorum's Ignorance!

By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

Reality Check

U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta recently arrived in Afghanistan to give a speech in front of a group of marines. Apparently, his staff was spooked when a truck drove onto the airfield and exploded. The driver ended up engulfed in flames, but no one else was harmed. This came days after a U.S. soldier went massacred 16 Afghan civilians (mostly women and children). Panetta's staff required that the marines be disarmed for the speech, which likely offered nothing of importance to the soldiers. Can someone explain to me why it's a good idea for marines to be disarmed in a war zone? And if the Secretary of Defense is afraid of his own soldiers, what's the point of giving a speech in the first place?

The soldier who snapped and murdered those Afghans apparently had three deployments in Iraq, hated the idea of going to Afghanistan, recently watched a friend lose a leg and was clearly in distress. Now, I'm in no way attempting to justify his actions. Plenty of soldiers have two kids and are going through similar circumstances, but we have to be honest with ourselves. Wars are no meant to last nine years. You set your goals and get the hell out. The politicians in D.C. have obviously failed to do so.

Fool of the Week

Rick Santorum, the so called social conservative running for President, has been recently noted for attacking Internet porn. Saying that if he is elected, he would “vigorously” enforce laws that “prohibit distribution of hardcore (obscene) pornography on the Internet, on cable/satellite TV, on hotel/motel TV, in retail shops and through the mail or by common carrier.”

So much for free speech. But let me get this right. We are currently in the worse economic decline since the Great Depression with 46.5 million people on food stamps and this guy is ranting about Internet and birth control. This is the epitome of ignorance.

First Aid Prep From A Dollar Store

By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

Once again, survivialism has returned to the mainstream. it's all over the Internet with individuals posting videos on preparing for disaster and there's even TV shows documenting preppers. For those of you who are unaware of the movement, preppers are the new variant of survival-minded people who are prepare for emergencies. During the Cold War, survivialist focused on preparing for a nuclear holocaust, but now preppers are more geared toward social and economic collapse. I'm actually a prime example of what I call an urban prepper. While hundreds of youtubers show off their high-powered rifles and discuss the many scenarios in which they would battle zombies (both figuratively and literally), many of them seem to be lacking in other areas.

Medical. It makes no sense to buy a lot of guns and ammo, while ignoring a need for a good first aid kit. if you're shooting at a looter or drugged-out criminal, he maybe shooting back. And if you get hit, you're going to want to stop the bleeding and prevent infection. Like many people, I have bought per-packaged first aid kits, but they're never the best. You can build your own kits that are more comprehensive at a very reasonable price. I buy many of my supplies at Dollar Tree.

Every item in the store is one dollar or less. Last week, I bought a pack of super clue to use to close open wounds. I also grabbed a box filled with 50 alcohol cleansing pads for one buck. This can be used to clean cuts. I also recommend rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide to kill germs and prevent infection. I added triple antibiotic ointment to help deal with scraps, cuts and burns.

I even grabbed some anti-diarrhea pills. I remember reading that diarrhea one of the worst killers in the world. In third world countries, it claims countless lives and in a disaster situation, there's nothing that would prevent Americans from sharing the same fate. In 2009, the World Health Organization released a report that found diarrhea to be the second greatest child killer in the world.

"In the developing world, 24,000 children under the age of five die every day from preventable causes like diarrhea contracted from unclean water," said Caryl M. Stern, President and CEO, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF.

The problem is that if the power grid goes down for a few months, it would compromise the water systems across the country. Since many homes in urban and suburban areas rely on electric water pumps to receive their water, a power failure could left them without a fresh supply of water. This situation would let many people to drinking unsafe water sources, which would allow bacteria to spread. This would led to sicknesses that will kill.

So going to a dollar store could save your life. You can buy tuba-wear for a buck, back pain pads for a buck and lots of soap.
