War and Poverty
By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)
If the video above doesn't convince you that America is in decline, nothing will. 14,000 people (many if not most were blacks) rushed to apply for government rental vouchers in Dallas Texas. 8 people were injured as thousands of people charged across the street toward the building. Some people camped outside of the building all night to get a chance to get cheap housing. There were reports of pushing, shoveling and fighting. Even when the doors opened a hour and half early, people almost killed one another to get one of the 100 free vouchers. This is how desperate people are getting in this country. No one should be surprised that the Misery Index is hitting a 28 year high.
As poorly as blacks are doing in this country, it's sad to watch so many of us unwaveringly surprise a president who hasn't done one thing to earn this loyalty.
Israeli-Iran War
Meanwhile, it looks like CIA veteran Robert Baer's prediction of an Israeli-Iran is becoming more of a possibility. Baer insists that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is attempting to lead Israel to an attack on Iran in September 2011. A recent naval map shows U.S. ships are moving toward the Persian Gulf including aircraft carriers CVN 77 G.H.W. Bush and CVN 76 Ronald Reagan. You can check out the map below.
If this is true, Israel could be leading the U.S. into what Gerald Celente calls "The First Great War of the 21st Century."

Obama Scares Elderly and Veterans with Debt Ceiling Rhetoric!
By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)
President Obama appeared on CBS' 60 Minutes to discuss the upcoming battle of the debt ceiling. When asked if he can guarantee that the Social Security checks go out on the day after the deadline (Aug 3rd, 2011). Obama delivers an ominous respond with an smirk on his face,
"I cannot guarantee that those checks go out on August 3rd if we haven't resolved this issue. Because there may simply not be the money in the coffers to do it."
Oh Yeah, well, what about those damn wars he's been fueling? What about the war in Libya? We have enough money to drop bombs on six year old girls, but we can't pay out Social Security checks? What about that mess in Afghanistan? What about the hundreds of military bases all across the world, are they necessary?
How ironic that this man wants to spend money on wars, but he's talking about not spending veterans their checks? Really?
For years, I've viewed Social Security as being a ponzi scheme, so I will not be surprised when the system collapses. But I think it's a disgrace for the President of the United States to be on national television scaring the hell out of senior citizens by talking about how the Social Security checks might not be mailed. The worse part is that damn smirk on his face. Watch the video yourself. Is this man out of his mind?
And people actually support this man?
Add Dr. Brzezinski to the list of mainstream figures talking about Civil unrest.
“I don’t want to be a prophet of doom — and I don’t think we are approaching doom — but I think we’re going to slide into intensified social conflicts, social hostility, some forms of radicalism, there is just going to be a sense that this is not a just society,”
Look, it's not radicalism if you're pushing back against an unjust system. Anyway, he warns that if conditions worsen and the lower middle class is hurt by unemployment that civil unrest will be a very real possibility.

Project Gunner is getting BIGGER!
It looks like Eric Holder is screwed. Issa thinks he may have lied while testifying. Could Obama be in trouble?
We Are Entering Into the Next Satge of Collapse
By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)
After careful examination of the economic numbers and the social trends, I am now confident enough to declare that the economy has entered a new stage in the collapse. Dmitry Orlov is a survivor of the Soviet Union and has been writing about the decline of America for years.
Stages of Collapse
Stage 1: Financial Collapse. Orlov warns that in the first stage, the financial system is compromised and as a result, the people begin to lose faith in business. We saw this when Lehman Brothers collapsed and the Dow tumbled. 401k portfolios took a massive hit in 2009. The $600 trillion derirvative bomb was finally acknowledged and the system was clearly insolvent. So what did the government do? Washington sold money from the taxpayers by pushing us faurther into debt and get the Federal Reserve the meanings of funding foreigner banks. This helped keep the zombie banks standing for a few more years, but it didn't change the overall problem of insolvency.
Stage 2: Commercial Collapse.
Orlov describes this stage as a situation where people stop believing in the market providing solutions for common economic problems. We've seeing this in America as people buy up precious metals (gold and silver). In a commercial collapse, supplies dry up and factory orders slow dramatically. In May, orders for manufactured goods climbed by 0.8%, but in April there was a 0.9% decline. Recently, the increase in orders has been driven by transportation.
According to Orlov, a society enters stage 2 when shortages of necessities become commonplace. I think we're still in stage one, but will be entering stage 2 by the end of 2011. And here's why.
1. State and Local governments Laying Workers Off
In June alone, local governments have laid off 18,000 jobs, while state governments have cut 7,000. This has been happening all year. Meanwhile, recent Labor Department figures show that the economy added a mere 18,000 jobs in May. You need well over 100,000 jobs to keep up with population growth. What this means is that a significant amount of middle class jobs are being lost and the private sector isn't making up the difference.
2. Overall Unemployment is Raising.
The U6 unemployment number jumped from 15.8% to 16.2% in May. But when you look at Zerohedge's explanation of how the federal government uses a birth/death adjustment to artifically add over 600,000 jobs to the official numbers. There's no real proof that these jobs really exist, but the federal assumes that they are being created by their formulas.
3. Poverty is Raising.
The country now has over 44.6 million people collecting food stamps. This number has increased by at least 100,000 every month. So we have a bigger increase in the number of new people on foods stamps than the increase of jobs in the entire country.
4. Deficit is Exploding.
With a current fiscal deficit of $1.5 trillion dollars and obligations of over 60 trillions, there is no way that the government is going to be able to pump money into the system without killing the value of the money. When foreign nations find an alternative to the U.S. dollar, the federal government will lost its number one tool of control and the system will implode. So this is why I think we are heading into the next stage. Tell me what you think and read about Orlov's stages here.
Stage 3: Political Collapse
This is when people lose faith in their government and the system's ability to protect them. This is already happening to a certain degree.
Stage 4: Social collapse.
This is when people lose faith in community organizations and the churches ability to help them. People become more isolated.
Stage 5: Cultural collapse.
Orlov describes this stage as when "faith in the goodness of humanity is lost." Hopefully, we won't get this far.

You Can Survive!
By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)
One of my youtube viewers asked "DEMCAD, do you think you're famous? I think you're on your way."
No, I'm not famous and I don't care to be. I just hope that I am able to encourage others to take action and prepare to survive what's coming, because it is highly unlikely that I will be around for much longer. I am a poor black male living in the most dangerous city in America during the worse economic downturn since the Great Depression. I lack the resources, the funds and social connections to avoid what I expect to be the Great American Holocaust.
This country is so far into debt that the government is struggling to pay off the mere interest on the debt. According to Congressional Budget Office, the U.S. will have a $1.5 trillion deficit for this fiscal year alone. According to USA Today, Medicare obligations is somewhere near $24.8 trillion. Social Security is about $21.4 trillion, Federal debt is $9.4 trillion, IOUs for Social Security and other social programs are $4.6 trillion, federal employee retirement benefits will cost $2 trillion for and the state, local government obligations will hopefully be under $5.2 trillion. I won't even mention the derivatives and personal debt.
The housing market is already deep into a depression, while unemployment is worsening. We've seen initial claims for unemployment benefits reach over 400,000 for the last 12 weeks. What that means is that in every week, at least 400,000 new people have filed for unemployment benefits.
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program reported that we had 44,674,000 Americans were collecting food stamps in April 2011. Since November 2008, we have seen a minimum increase of 100,000 new participants every month. Often, we see 300,000 to 400,000 participant increases from month to month. Look at the photo capture of the official numbers below.
The situation in this country is dire and it is only a matter of time until we can no longer ignore it. We have a unsustainable economic system (of debt and consumption), a criminal financial system, a corrupt political system, an unjust legal system, an embarrassingly inadequate education system, three costly (and unnecessary) wars and a population that mostly lacks critical thinking skills. There is no way that a country in which a large percentage of the population relates on a ponzi scheme government can escape a major population decline when the system collapse.
I am the only person in my household working, if you call blogging on youtube work. Without my income, my 67 year old mom and 43 year old sister would not be able to pay the water, electric, gas, cable, Internet and telephone bills. My sister supported me when I was in college and now I'm trying to help her. She's been out of work for years, with the exception of a minimum wage child care job. My mom had a health scare and is not able to work. My sister is ill and needs me to help her when she has a medical emergency.
So when the system collapse, I'll be lucky if my food storage can feed use for 4 months. We'll have one month supply of water, but my water filter should buy us more time. My guns (Mossberg 500 12 Gauge pump action shotgun, GP WASR-10/63 also known as an AK-47, Mossberg 30-06 Bolt Action Rifle and Glock 21) should give me a fighting chance of securing the house. But my sister's refusal to go to the shooting range and learn how to shoot will likely get me killed. No one will have my back. My closet friend lives down the street, but has a large number of children to take care of. And no, he doesn't have food storage.
And being a young black male means that I have the added bonus of being much more likely to be killed. Living in what the FBI refers to as The Most Dangerous City in America won't help. The other day, I read about some young guys robbing a man with mace and a small gun. They ran away with 8 dollars. Brilliant!
It's that bad in Flint. Nevertheless, you can prepare your family to survive and prosper. Very few of you are in the desperate situation that I am in. Most of you have the resources to store food, to buy guns and learn how to use them. You can build relationships with neighbors. Unless you are in a hardcore zombie zone, you should be able to find some preppers. Most of you have family members in decent spots. I'm in Flint, MI: the worse place to be during a collapse. My extended family is in Detroit: The second worse place to be during the collapse.
Uploading videos allows me to support my family, but it also allows me to get the word out. If I can help save lives, then I'll feel better about my own when it comes to an end. My challenge is tremendous, but I have not given up. I will fight tooth and nail to protect my family and therefore, I hope you do the same. You have a choice. You Can Survive!
