1.3 Million Unemployed to Lose Benefits THIS WEEK!
And so it begins! By the end of this week, 1.3 million unemployed Americans will lose their jobless benefits. Can someone explain to me why we're spending tens of billions of dollars on the unnecessary wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, but our leaders are letting millions of Americans lose their unemployment benefits. Now, I know that these benefits can't last forever, but it seems hypocritical that we have plenty of money for foreign wars, but not enough for our own people.

agreed; its unfair, immoral and unjust. How do governments have the same face to massively spend on risky financial institutions, resource wars and then to deny basic subsistence for otherwise hardworking citizens, victims of so called austerity measures. National return on investment in the masses will offer much higher yields in the long term than the city betting agencies
